New Gallery

I am happy and honored to say that I am now exhibiting my work at Taylor Kinzel Gallery in Roswell, Ga. Here is a little history on the gallery from their website: " About the Gallery Located just off Elizabeth Way in the heart of Historic Roswell, Taylor Kinzel Gallery represents nationally recognized and emerging Contemporary Southern artists. Founded in 2003 by Mary Kinzel Means and Patrick Taylor, the gallery hosts a diverse collection of original fine art that includes paintings, sculpture, glass and jewelry. Fittingly housed in what used to be an early 1920’s beauty shop, the gallery sits peacefully nestled amongst the quaint, yet bustling, restaurants, fine boutiques, and stores of the well known Canton Street walking district of Historic Roswell. Awesome News and a Couple of Commissions Ready to Go

Lots has happened since my last post. I have moved my studio to the Roswell Art Center West Location on Woodstock Road here in Roswell, Ga. I will now be apprenticing there and teaching classes and keep a working studio on the premises. Things are moving fast but its all good and I can not wait to be back on schedule again with my work and new responsibilities.  Then, I am happy to report that I won "Best in Show" at the Gilmer Arts Juried Exhibition last week. My piece "Quietly Blooming" Won and I was over the moon! The Opening was fun and chock full of  interesting people and good food. It was a magical night. Now, I leave you with two commissioned pieces that I finished this month: "Harnessing Bird Energy II" and "Mermaid Figure Head". The Mermaid is going to go live in Japan. It has been a productive month and I am exhausted.  "Mermaid Figure Head" "Harnessing Bird Energy II"
